Hog rings
A C that closes on a fence, a bag, or a cage. Stock coil when the ring is heavy. Light upholstery hog rings are a different size.

A hog ring is 2D CNC: a C or an open ring, cutoff, sometimes a point. 3/8, 7/16, and 1/2 in for industrial bag close, heavy fence, and cage ties. Galvanized 1018, copper-coated when specified, or 304. Closed on the job, not welded in the shop unless the print says so.
Fence and upholstery hog rings in 9–16 gauge are under 4 mm. We will name that instead of quoting them as stock production. Send the open gap, the wire size, and whether the ends are pointed.
