A hook that has to pick something up. Usually 7/16 or 1/2 in, often 3D, often welded to a loop or a plate.

Lift hooks sit at the top of the stock band. Inside radius, throat, and a closed or latched eye belong on the print. 1018 or higher-carbon; 304 when corrosion is the spec. MIG or TIG on the closure.
Working load is the buyer’s calculation. We form the geometry and name the alloy.
