Bread racks and bakery tray racks are welded wire frames with tray angles or slides on a pitch the bakery already owns. 3/8 and 7/16 in typical. We form the frames and weld. Casters, brakes, and bumper extrusions are named if we supply them.
Zinc or powder for dry bakery. 304 when washdown is the spec. Pair with product displays and carts when the same plant wants a set.
