Carts and trolleys are the same cell as frames: 2D/3D CNC, resistance weld, MIG. 3/8 and 7/16 in typical; 1/2 in when the deck takes a hit. We form and weld the wire. Casters, brakes, tow bars, and plate bases are line items if we buy them.
1018 zinc or powder for the plant floor. 304 when washdown or food is on the spec. Ohio plants in Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati get short-haul freight from the Northeast Ohio cell.
