Dunnage inserts are CNC-formed wire frames that sit in a standard plastic tote or pallet box. Inside width, nest height, and diameter on the print. 3/8 in typical; 7/16 when the part is heavy. Resistance weld at the joints. The tote is the buyer’s unless the PO says we buy it.
Returnable, stackable, and cheaper than foam that dies in a season. 1018 zinc or 304. Ohio auto and food plants run these as a pair with baskets and carts.
