How we form them
CV-hooks mix the two common powder coating hook shapes. One opening for load and clearance, one for a settled hang. Length, both insides, and wire size are the drawing. 2D CNC from coil.
90° CV-hooks rotate the hang for tight rack spacing or a different part attitude through the oven. Call the rotation on the print. Same 4–14 mm band.
Custom length, openings, and 90° rotation: custom powder coating hooks. Stainless: stainless steel powder coating hooks. Band: 4–14 mm (0.157–0.551 in). You buy the coil.
