Can you make custom powder coating hooks?
Yes. Custom V-hooks, C-hooks, CV-hooks, S-hooks, and 90° hooks. Length, openings, rotation, diameter, and alloy on the print. 4–14 mm. 100-piece minimum.
Do you have an online custom hook builder?
Yes. Pick style, wire size in 4–14 mm, overall length, and leg ID. V-hooks and 90° V: $1 per cut, $0.09 per developed inch on 3/8 in (heavier wire scales by section), plus the steel we buy, then 5% off. 7/16 and 1/2 in are stock. C, CV, and S: $1 per cut, $0.50 per bend, $0.05 per developed inch — you buy the coil. 100-piece minimum. All instant quotes are subject to quote department review.
Who supplies the wire?
V-hooks and 90° V: we buy the steel — 1018, galvanized, 304, or 316 is in the estimate. C-hooks, CV-hooks, S-hooks, and other CNC forms: you buy the coil and bring it to Northeast Ohio.
